Help! I have a loved one in Omaha that may need intervention services because of their addiction to alcohol and drugs.
Whether your family is affected by the addiction to meth, cocaine, or other illicit substances in Omaha – you’re not alone. These drugs are becoming more of a problem in the city, especially meth (which is spreading rapidly throughout the state), and more of a burden to concerned families. Addiction to drugs like these, or to alcohol, gambling or any other number of addicting behaviors, can be combated with help from a trained interventionist.
Although a small percentage of people are able to recover from drug or alcohol addiction without intervention, the majority of individuals addicted to alcohol need assistance. With intervention and support, many are able to stop their addiction to drugs, alcohol or other behavioral health issues and rebuild their lives in Omaha.
Many individuals have approached their loved one regarding his/her addiction, with no success. It may be helpful when talking with your loved one, to have a third party present that is professionally trained and knowledgeable about alcoholism and drug abuse. This interventions can save lives in Omaha, Nebraska.
Intervention is the best way to make help available to those struggling with an addiction. AiR: Assistance in Recovery interventions have convinced 92 percent of those intervened on to attend treatment and realize the opportunity to change their lives.
Is now the time?
Ask yourself: How much worse will it have to get before you are willing to act?
If your current situation has you concerned enough to explore this option it’s time. If you are concerned about someone you love, nothing can be gained by waiting. Crisis comes and crisis goes, but with the disease of addiction, we don’t get to choose the consequences our loved ones will face the next time.
Will doing an intervention make matters worse?
No. Doing nothing only makes matters worse.
AiR: Assistance in Recovery’s intervention services in Omaha are the most immediate and effective way to help struggling individuals access recovery. Our clinicians recognize that behavioral health crisis can be frightening, confusing and debilitating and that sometimes people just need to be rescued.
